These are some rare pictures of the Brahma Kamalam in full bloom. The Brahma Kamalam is also called the King of Himalayan Flowers. Legend has it that Lord Brahma came out of the navel of Lord Vishnu seated on this white lotus like flower.
It is an endangered species of flower as it is found majorly only on the Himalayan ranges and has high medicinal values including treating uro genital disorders.
The flower blooms at midnight and withers the next day. It blooms only Once A Year.
It is considered very lucky to be able to watch this rare species of flower bloom.
